Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mp77.ws or creating an account, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and mp77.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. Continued use of mp77 after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility & Age Verification

mp77 services are available only to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are a resident of Bangladesh
• Gambling is legal in your jurisdiction
• You are not prohibited from using online gaming services by any applicable law

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation within 6 hours of our request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Acceptable documents include National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence.

Account Registration & Security

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts owned by the same person will be closed, and any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited. This includes accounts using different names, addresses, or payment methods but linked to the same individual.

Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Required details include your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Information must match your identification documents exactly.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials.

Deposits & Payments

mp77 accepts deposits through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 4 minutes of confirmation.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. We do not accept cash, cheques, or money orders.

Deposit Disputes

If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed, contact our support team within 24 hours with transaction details. Disputes reported after this period may not be investigated. Keep all transaction receipts and confirmation messages.

Withdrawals & Verification

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier, with Bronze members allowed up to ৳95,000 per day. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, though first-time withdrawals may take up to 1 hour due to verification procedures.

KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) – front and back
• Passport – photo page
• Driving Licence – front and back

Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits. If you deposited using multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

Bonuses & Promotional Terms

mp77 offers a 150% first deposit bonus up to ৳14,000. All bonuses are subject to a 19x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 7 days of bonus activation, or the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and made qualifying deposits. Only one bonus can be active at a time. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in permanent account closure.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, fishing games contribute 85%, crash games contribute 75%, and card games contribute 50%. Live casino and sports bets contribute 25%. Check the Bonus & VIP page for complete details.

Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from the bonus will be removed from your account. Only your original deposit and winnings from that deposit will be processed.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games on mp77 use certified Random Number Generators to ensure fair outcomes. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical malfunction. If a game malfunctions during play, all bets and payouts for that round are void.

Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Placing bets that exceed your account balance is not possible. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion.

Disconnections

If you are disconnected during gameplay, any active bets will continue to be processed according to game rules. Results will be recorded in your account history. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination and fund confiscation:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Using automated betting systems or bots
• Providing false or fraudulent documentation
• Attempting to reverse or cancel confirmed deposits
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harassing or threatening staff or other players

Suspicious Activity

We monitor all accounts for unusual patterns. If we detect suspicious activity, we may freeze your account pending investigation. Investigations typically take 7 to 14 days. You will be notified by email of any investigation concerning your account.

Account Suspension & Termination

mp77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. Reasons for suspension include but are not limited to: underage gambling, multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or abusive behavior toward staff.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts. See our Responsible Gaming page for more information.

Funds Upon Closure

If your account is closed for violating these terms, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance. If your account is closed at your request or due to self-exclusion, any remaining non-bonus balance will be returned to you after deducting applicable fees.

Limitation of Liability

mp77 is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from your use of mp77 services is limited to the amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other external services. Disputes with these providers must be resolved directly with them.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, contact our support team at [email protected]. We will investigate and respond within 7 business days. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Escalation

If your dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review. Formal reviews are conducted by our compliance team and typically take 14 to 21 days. The decision of the compliance team is final and binding.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh. By using mp77, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

Changes to Terms

mp77 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our services and close your account.
